Part 1 of the Maine Islands Project Community Resilience Online Workshop Series. This first session offers a practical starting point for understanding how hazards like wildfire, flooding, and erosion impact island communities and how land use planning can reduce risk. You’ll get a foundation in the types of natural hazards facing Maine’s coast and what it means to respond proactively. Presenters:
